Measurements were performed in three clinical electron beam energies using two NEtype cylindrical chambers, two Markus-type plane-parallel chambers and two NACPtype plane-parallel chambers. The development of primary standards of absorbed dose to water for high-energy photons and electrons offers the possibility of reducing the uncertainty in the dosimetry of radiotherapy beams.
