Yea, that’s the premise of the book, but Bach has some beautiful passages – learning to walk on water, flying around the Midwest in a hachand a couple good thought provoking aphorisms along the way. Unfortunately all of them want to share this great gift with everyone, so get used to some rather odd lectures if your Partner, flatmate, best friends, or children lay their hands on a copy of this book.

It’s all a bit too precious. For me it was an indirect method learning about the illusions of life and how we limit ourselves.
